Supported Employment
CDD NCA, Inc. provides assistance to qualified individuals in preparing for employment in the community. The Supported Employment program is focused on providing career skills and training to individuals who are mentally and/or physically challenged and have been determined to be eligible for services by the Alabama Department of Rehabilitation Services. The program helps qualified individuals gain entrance and acceptance into the competitive job market. Each person receives personal and career development based on their unique needs.

- Follow-up Services
The program is sponsored by the Alabama Department of Rehabilitation Services.
Benefits for Businesses
Business that hire individuals participating in this program receive a qualified worker who has received training that is based on the business's specifications. There are also special tax advantages and other incentives available for hiring an individual with a disability.
